Responsibilities

This Team Member will support the Recruiting Team by driving the development of recruitment and retention strategies. They will successfully deliver our Better Health mindset and place emphasis on the impact Talent Acquisition has on identifying candidates who will purposefully lead those initiatives and will partner with Operational Leaders to understand the needs in the field.

 


Responsibilities & Experience:

  • Assist in writing job descriptions with recruiters to help Hiring Managers define and qualify the right candidate(s)
  • Coordinate the critical effort to recruit and collaborate to retain our teams.
  • Work with various hiring teams and key stakeholders to determine customized recruiting strategy for each position
  • Drive a positive candidate experience from initial contact through scheduling and via video and in-person interviewing
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.
  • Advise hiring teams on creating a robust recruiting process focused on quality hiring
  • Utilize innovative recruiting techniques to identify, head hunt and attract the best talent
  • Assess the current and desired openings per Team to ensure we can effectively deliver on these requests
  • Collaborate on creation and development of market compensation comparisons for various specialties
  • Through genuine and positive communication, ensuring each stakeholder feels informed, understood, and respected.

  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and core competencies for all positions.
  • Collaborate on creation and development of job structure framework
  • Be a brand ambassador through action
  • Maintain effectiveness through recruiting, testing and interviewing
  • Train hiring teams on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing interviews; recommending changes.
  • Preparing new talent for on-boarding, working with department SMEs to develop new hire orientations and training and development programs for ongoing support
  • Proven results identifying passive candidates in a timely manner via creative recruiting strategies
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to the recruitment function
  • Project management; lead key talent acquisition initiatives through cross-functional partnerships
  • Management of SaaS, ATS or other hiring technology to leverage recruitment efforts and optimize end user experience
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
  • Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
  • Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees and other candidate relationships
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior level recruiting team members
  • Responsible for vendor management, to include SaaS, ATS, background and drug screen vendor, and temp agencies
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & SKILLS Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare Administration, Human Resources or Business related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • At least 1 year of talent acquisition and recruiting experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within Human Resources as well as effectively interact with other
  • departments.
  • Ability to shift focus, multi-task, and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience recruiting in the Medical Industry required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
