Position Objective:
The Growth Operations and Technology Manager supports Better Health Group’s (BHG) expansion in value-based and accountable care by ensuring the operational efficiency of growth processes, systems, and tools. This role focuses on managing data, martech systems, CRM platforms, and reporting to support growth planning and execution for business-to-consumer (B2C; patient) and business-to-business (B2B; practices and clinics) marketing and sales efforts.
The Manager serves as a key partner in optimizing BHG’s growth operating model through data analysis, system configuration, and process documentation. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring timely and effective execution of marketing, sales, and targeting strategies.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Marketing Operations & Process Optimization: Develops and streamlines scalable processes to improve campaign execution, data management, and overall marketing efficiency across B2C and B2B channels.
- Project Management: Oversees marketing operations projects, ensuring timely execution, clear communication, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Marketing Technology (MarTech) Management: Optimizes, integrates, and manages the MarTech stack to enhance automation, personalization, and data flow between marketing, sales, and IT systems.
- Lead Nurture & Lifecycle Management: Develops and optimizes lead nurture programs, including automated email workflows and segmentation strategies, to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
- Automation & Efficiency: Implements workflows and automation to improve lead management, campaign operations, and reporting for increased efficiency and scalability.
- Website Maintenance & SEO: Supports website updates, optimizes site performance, and implements SEO best practices to improve search rankings and user experience.
- Training & Enablement: Leads training and documentation efforts to drive adoption of marketing tools, processes, and best practices across the team.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with outside vendors and cross-functional teams within the Growth organization to align marketing operations with business objectives.
- Data & Performance Optimization: Ensures data accuracy, analyzes performance metrics, and refines reporting to drive continuous marketing optimization.
Position Requirements/Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, marketing, or lead generation within healthcare (primary care, Medicare, or related industry preferred).
- Proficiency in marketing automation (e.g., Pardot, Outreach.io), CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce), and workflow platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheets).
- Hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum to drive efficient execution and continuous improvement.
- Strong familiarity with website management, SEO best practices, and digital marketing performance optimization.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet development and data analysis; working knowledge of database integration principles.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) for real-time collaboration
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback to improve processes and performance.
Physical Requirements:
- Physical ability to sit, stand and move freely about the office
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to or exceeding 50%.
- Ability to stand, walk and sit for long periods of time; ability to climb stairs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, and pull.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machine, and computer printer.
