This individual will work closely with executive leadership, clinical teams, and affiliate/VIPcare providers to maximize EMR utilization, improve workflow efficiency, and drive performance in support of value-based care objectives. The role includes oversight of implementation efforts such as Co-Pilot, integration support, template design, and leveraging EMR tools for outcomes improvement (e.g., HEDIS, low-cost alternatives, etc.).

      • Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for EMR utilization and optimization across affiliate and owned clinics, with a focus on providers driving the highest impact.
      • Create and deploy EMR templates customized to the needs of top affiliate and VIPcare providers, this includes building solutions that streamline workflows and improve documentation efficiency.
      • Serve as a strategic partner and EMR champion with providers, ensuring feedback loops and ongoing optimization efforts remain clinically relevant and value-driven.
  • Provider-Facing & Program Leadership:
      • Serve as the face of EMR optimization for BHG’s provider network, with direct engagement and relationship management across high-performing physicians and clinic leaders.
      • Oversee the implementation and utilization of Co-Pilot and similar digital tools, working with offices to drive adoption and sustained use.
      • Act as a problem solver and liaison, helping providers and clinic staff translate practice-level challenges into scalable EMR solutions.
      • Advocate for improvements that support quality metrics such as HEDIS, care gap closure, and cost-effective treatment alternatives.
  • Operational Oversight & Team Leadership:
      • Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for EMR implementation, training, user support, and system monitoring.
      • Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope, including clinic integrations, upgrades, and functionality expansions.
      • Maintain accountability for tickets, feedback loops, and timely resolution of system-related issues.
  • Collaboration & Vendor Management:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between BHG and EMR vendors, ensuring alignment, ongoing support, and a continuous improvement mindset.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, and operations teams to ensure system design and updates align with organizational needs.
