Responsibilities

Position Objective:

 

The Senior Growth and Marketing Analyst is responsible for advancing Better Health Group’s (BHG) growth analytics, reporting, and value demonstration capabilities. This role integrates strategic growth analysis with marketing attribution to evaluate and optimize the performance of BHG’s programs, strategies, and initiatives that drive profitable net growth. Serving as a key business partner to leadership, the individual delivers data-driven insights, ROI modeling, and campaign effectiveness reporting that inform strategic decision-making across the organization.

 

 

Essential Functions:

 

Growth & Strategic Analytics

  • Develop and measure the annual growth plan, producing accurate forecasts aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI or similar) that track pipeline velocity, membership growth, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain ROI calculators, forecasting tools, and value models that support sales enablement and business development efforts.

 

Marketing Attribution & Campaign Performance

  • Evaluate marketing performance across all channels (digital, offline, and events) using KPIs such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Develop attribution models that connect marketing investments to pipeline velocity, membership growth, and profitability.
  • Build customer segmentation and profiling models to enhance campaign targeting and personalization.
  • Provide marketing demand forecasts that align campaign strategy with overall sales and membership goals.

 

Collaboration & Data Stewardship

  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to ensure consistent data definitions, assumptions, and methodologies.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (CRM, digital platforms, payer, and clinic data) to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Present insights in a clear, compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Continuous Improvement

  • Measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization and performance improvement.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to reporting frameworks, analytical tools, and decision-support systems.
  • Drive adoption of data-driven practices across teams and continuously refine analytical methodologies.

 

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth analytics, sales operations, business intelligence, or related fields, ideally within healthcare, SaaS, or value-based care environments.
  • Proven experience supporting sales or growth teams through ROI/value tools, calculators, or financial models.
  • Advanced proficiency with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data modeling, with the ability to build clear financial and forecasting models.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience preparing board-level reports and presentations that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior leaders, providers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and efficient with exceptional time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to continuously identify opportunities to improve tools, reporting, and processes.
  • Collaborative and adaptable; ability to work effectively across teams and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Appreciation of cultural diversity and sensitivity toward target patient populations
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential data with discretion and integrity.

 

Physical Requirements:

 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to operate standard office equipment such as a computer, phone, copier, and printer.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in virtual meetings.
  • Occasional standing, walking, or bending as needed to carry out normal office functions.
  • Travel to Tampa office minimum bi-annually. Additional minimal travel may be required as needed.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Other:

 

Remote role with consistent travel to office and business or team meetings as needed (~10-15% travel).
