Position Objective:
The Broker Partnerships Manager plays a critical role in driving Medicare Advantage patient growth across our primary care clinic network operating in a value-based care model. This role is responsible for developing and executing a structured broker engagement strategy, building high-value relationships with Medicare Advantage brokers and agencies, and equipping field teams to convert broker partnerships into sustainable patient acquisition channels.
This position sits within the Growth team and partners closely with Field Marketing, Community Liaisons, Clinic Operations, and Payor Strategy to expand access, strengthen referral pipelines, and support clinic performance.
